Incident Detail -:
Incoming SMS between 9 October 2018 2.40 AM UTC to October 2018 05:10 AM UTC were delayed due to issue inbound handling service. Outgoing and all other services are working as expected.

Root-Cause -:
There was issue of connectivity in inbound storing service, so messages stayed in queue and didn’t get stored in database.
