Delay in delivery status sync
Incident Report for SMS Magic
High usage of disk space on a cloud server.

We observed a delay in syncing of delivery status with salesforce for 30 minutes, it’s because of a disk storage issue on one of the servers where the sync delivery service was running.

We have remediated this by freeing up space. We have set up the alerts and planning to set up the auto archival scripts on the respective server.
