Verizon will be performing a scheduled maintenance impacting SMS & MMS services via all sender types (route 1&2) in US.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Monday, April 20, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish April 21, 2026 by 2:00 AM PT
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS messaging via all sender types (route 1&2) with Verizon subscribers.
