The maintenance is scheduled to begin Monday, April 20, 2026 at 10:00 PM PT and to finish April 21, 2026 by 2:00 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via short code (route 1&2) with T-Mobile subscribers.
