Our US Carrier will be performing maintenance beginning Saturday, April 13th at 11 pm Central Time to be completed on Sunday, April 14th at 3 am Central Time. This maintenance will have some impact on all SMS Magic services.

All code provisioning will be frozen during this time for the USA. Additionally, between 11:00 pm to 11:30 pm there may be intermittent disconnects from the API and SMSC, during which time inbound carrier MO traffic will be queued for later delivery but outbound MT traffic will not. Please note that outbound messages attempted at this time will not be sent so please plan your messaging toward the USA accordingly.

The Platform Portal and Conversations will be online but messaging will be affected by the intermittent disconnects of the API and SMSC.
