One of our domain sms-magic.in was unreachable from some parts of North America & Europe. This domain hosts api used in Salesforce packages for sending out messages. It was caused due to problem at our domain provider - Net4.in.

This problem was observed for following duration :-
Start Date Time - 2019-09-17 09:12:13 UTC+0
End Date Time - 2019-09-17 12:03:43 UTC+0

This problem was got automatically resolved by Net4 team.

It has impacted on SMS API endpoints in Salesforce application which is used for sending messages.

Our team has reached out to Net4.in to understand root cause of this.

If you see any failed messages on your SMS History during this time, you can resend it using resend feature in your app.
