Impact:
Users are unable to access Beconversive and SMS-Magic portals directly or through CRM.

Description:
Post weekly release, Beconversive and SMS-Magic portals for US are stuck in loading after login and users are not able to use any functionality. Users using SMS-Magic's Salesforce Native Page are not impacted.

Resolution
This was identified as a mis-configuration and has now been fixed. Both Beconversive and SMS-Magic portals are working as expected.
