Resolved

Issue:
There were delays in the processing of outgoing messages due to the performance degradation of messaging services.

Impact:
Delay in sending messages from Salesforce, Zoho, and the SMS magic portal. Also, Consent services and Facebook messaging services were impacted.

Resolution:
The impacted services have been restored and they are back to normal. We are continuously monitoring them.
