Issue: Owing to a misconfiguration in auto-recharge service SMS could not be sent through features like Campaigns, Conversations, Single or Bulk SMS.
Impact: Accounts who have auto recharge enabled but insufficient credits would have seen failure in campaigns, conversations, and sending bulk or single SMS in the affected duration.
Resolution: We have reverted back to the changes affecting the auto-recharge flow and the service for sending SMS is now working as expected. Service is being monitored and alerts are added to avoid such incidences in the future. Customers are requested to check their credit balance and recharge manually if zero or negative balance. Alternatively, they can get in touch with respective account managers for the resolution of individual cases.
