Verizon and US Cellular Corp will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting all sender types SMS services via Route 1 & 2.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish April 9, 2026 by 4:00 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via Route 1 & 2 -all sender types with Verizon and US Cellular Corp subscribers.
