A 10DLC carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting 10DLC SMS and MMS services.

The maintenance is scheduled to begin Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish November 17, 2025 by 5:00 AM PT. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) MMS messaging and MMS DLR via 10DLC.
