​Partial outage of incoming messages having multiline text.

Impact:
​Customers might not have received incoming messages having multiline text.

Resolution:
​We have fixed the issue with the encoding/decoding of incoming messages. ​The service is working fine now and our engineers are monitoring the system. ​
