Issue:
Outage of outgoing, incoming and DLR messages.

Impact:
Customers might not have received incoming messages. Customers would not have been able to send outgoing messages.

Resolution:
We have restored the Outgoing, Incoming and DLR messages processing service. The service is working fine now and our engineers are monitoring the system.
