Small U.S. carriers will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting short code (route 1) SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 9:00 PM PT and to finish April 2, 2026 by 3:00 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via short code (route 1) and toll-free with these small U.S. carriers' subscribers.
