Issue: While making changes to improve high availability for one of the critical service components, the security settings to access these critical service components from DLR service got affected in turn impacting the DLR service.
Impact: The DLR status would not have been visible in the customer portal, open API consumers, and all the CRM for the messages sent during this time.
Resolution: We have corrected the security setting and the DLR services are up & running.
