Resolved

Issue:
Due to the misconfiguration of the DNS on one of the internal APIs, the processing of incoming MMS messages was stopped.

Impact:
The processing of incoming MMS messages was stopped on the server hosted in the US data center.

Resolution:
We have fixed the DNS misconfiguration and we have enhanced the monitoring to prevent this kind of issue in the future.
