A 10DLC carrier partner will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting 10DLC SMS services while Small U.S. carriers will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting toll-free SMS services
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 7:00 PM PT and to finish May 13, 2026 by 5:00 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS messaging via 10DLC and via toll-free with the small U.S. carriers' subscribers.
