Investigating

We are currently investigating an upstream network issue affecting SMS delivery reports within the United Kingdom.

What is happening: Delivery status reports (DLRs) are missing or delayed for a subset of UK Long Virtual Numbers (LVNs) across multiple UK mobile networks.
Customer Impact: Please note that actual text message delivery is functioning, but the status updates returning to your platform may currently be missing or inaccurate.
Next Steps: We are actively collaborating with our carrier partners to isolate and resolve the issue.

We will provide a follow-up update as soon as more information or a timeline for resolution becomes available.
