Issue:
Delay in updating Delivery Reports (DLRs) in the Messaging Queue component.

Impact:
Customers would receive Delivery Reports (DLRs) with delay on the SMS-Magic platform (Salesforce, Zoho, SaaS portal).
Resolution:
We have restored the Messaging Queue component. The component is functioning normally now, and our engineers are actively monitoring the system.
