Issue:
There was an issue with our internal servers which caused the Degradation of performance.

Impact:
Delay in sending messages from Salesforce, Zoho, and the SMS magic portal. Also, Consent services and Facebook messaging services were impacted.

Resolution:
We have restored the services and upgraded the performance of the internal components.
