Issue:
High usage of memory on a cloud server.

Impact:
We observed a delay in syncing of messages with Zoho CRM as well as processing incoming messages in Converse Desk using our services hosted in the AU data center.

Resolution:
We have restored the impacted services and monitoring the service health alerts more closely.
