Issue: There is currently an incident affecting SMS services through one of our downstream providers.
Impact: Some customers may experience message queuing and delivery failures affecting outbound (MT) SMS traffic via 10DLC, Toll-Free Numbers (TFN), and Short Codes.
Current Status: Our team is currently investigating the issue and working to identify the cause. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
