A 10DLC carrier partner will be performing planned maintenance impacting 10DLC SMS and MMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 8:00 PM PT and to finish April 29, 2026 by 3:00 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS via 10DLC (route 1 & route 2) with subscribers.
