Resolved

Issue:
One of our servers was down due to technical issues from the Amazon AWS side due to which Message APIs were impacted.

Impact:
Message APIs (outgoing) were impacted.

Resolution:
The issue has been resolved automatically from the Amazon AWS side. All the services are working fine now and we are monitoring.
