Resolved

Issue:
Due to the recent migration of our projects on the newer version of technology, one of the old APIs which deals with media attachment, started failing for certain media types. This resulted in media files not being attached to the messages.

Impact:
The customers who are still on an old package of Salesforce and using file upload API with the domain - api.sms-magic.in were impacted by this.

Resolution:
We have rectified the file handling and fixed the code.
