The maintenance is scheduled to begin Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 8:00 PM PT and to finish December 11, 2025 by 3:00 AM PT

During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent delay or failure to message delivery for inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS messaging via toll-free and Short code to or from the U.S. and Canada.
