Small U.S. carriers will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting short code (route 1) SMS services.
The maintenance is scheduled to begin Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM PT and to finish May 14, 2026 by 12:00 AM PT.
During the maintenance window, customers may experience minor delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via toll-free subscribers & intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via short code (route 1) with small U.S. carriers' subscribers.
